Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This policy outlines the terms for refunds on annual memberships to our educational content and data services. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
2. General Refund Stance
Due to the immediate, non-tangible, digital nature of our service (access to model portfolio allocations and educational content), and because it is sold as a single, annual access license, all sales are considered final upon access, and we generally do not offer refunds or prorated amounts for unused time. We provide extensive details and disclaimers prior to purchase to enable an informed decision.
3. Legal Mandatory Refunds
We will honor refunds where explicitly required by local consumer law. This includes:
EU & UK: You have a 14-day “right of withdrawal.” You explicitly agree that you lose this right the moment you access the member-only content. By purchasing and checking the required consent box, you request immediate performance and waive your 14-day withdrawal right upon access.
4. Technical Failures & Billing Errors
Technical Failure: If you are unable to access the Service due to a prolonged, verified technical fault on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Billing Errors: For demonstrable errors (e.g., double charge), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under an applicable exception, contact info@pocketpolios.com within 7 days of the charge. Provide your transaction details and explain the issue. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Annual Membership & No Auto-Renewal
Our memberships are a one-time, annual payment granting access for one (1) calendar year from the purchase date. There is no automatic renewal. Access expires automatically at the end of the term. A new membership must be purchased to continue.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
